It feels like I've left a foreign country and returned to the United States. Who said these things are "smartphones" anyway? I feel stupid. It was ringing and I kept hitting the green button.....no answer.
I had to wait until it stopped ringing and call the person back. How was I to know you were to swipe
the green to answer it? Yes, I know they come with directions. Who has time now that there's a big
world out there to explore? Let's not even discuss the "butt-dialing" I apparently do.....I don't put it
in my back pocket so we have to come up with another name.
I'm experiencing information/sensory overload. TV's are loud. Metro Transit Buses are such amazing
people-watching spaces. What are all those technology noises? Everyone's got a different signal.
Oh my, to be able to go to the store with someone and not have to walk right next to them! I went for
a walk by myself early this morning. AWESOME.
